The word cacao originates from the Mayan words "Ka'kau" (meaning heart blood) and "Chokola" (meaning to drink together).

Just add approx 25g (one big spoonful) to a heated pan- stir in a cup of milk or water (100mls)

Before it comes to a boil , pour and enjoy.
